



The Shape Styles section affects the fill around the words and the WordArt Styles section changes the letters themselves.Ĭlick the arrow in the lower right of the WordArt Styles section. Clicking on these arrows brings up a dialog box with detailed options for the text. Notice the small arrows in the lower right corners of the Shape Styles and WordArt Styles sections of the Format tab. If you don't see the tab, then the WordArt box isn't selected. This selects all the contents of the box and lets you apply formatting changes.Ĭlick the "Format" tab on the right side of the Microsoft Office ribbon. When you're done, click the dotted border of the WordArt box so that it turns solid. The font choices are located on the Home tab in the Font section. Copperplate Gothic would suggest letters carved into ice. Arial Black would give the appearance of blocks of ice. From the stock fonts in PowerPoint, Chiller is a good choice for icicle-shaped characters. Select a font that evokes freezing in your mind.
